Rumsfeld

Six Generals.. Only six.. And all of them retired. The way the current administration is trying to spin this, these 6 guys all have hidden agendas. They all must have something to gain by calling for the removal of Donald Rumsfeld as Secretary of Defense. Six individuals who worked their way up the ranks of their respective military branch in order to achieve this prestigues rank. Six individuals who followed orders throughout their careers, and gave 110% to their country .. They all got it in for poor Don Rumsfeld..
From a realistic point of view,, they all seem to be saying the same thing.. Its time to change the guard. Don Rumsfeld is almost as arrogant as Dick Cheney. The only reason these guys didnt come forward before now is probably due to a code of honor in the military. And I can respect that.. But now they can say what they feel , and GW & Don seem to have a problem with it. Dismissing it as if it don't matter. These six gentlemen were not just soldiers... They were Generals.. They were the leaders.. They wern't playing war games,rolling dice & short-changing our soldiers on their body armor back at the Pentagon w/ GW, Rummy & Dick.. They were out in the field , dealing w/ the every day stuff that needs to be done during a war.
More needs to be said on Rummy,, but at another time.It's late and I'm tired.. I'll end w/ a bonus picture from December 20,1983.. & yes,, the man in the suit doing the shaking of hands is Rummy.
