New Inventions

President Bush has unveiled the latest technology for water collection and conservation that our government has been working on since the start of his regime. This technology will be sold to all the 3rd world nations that still exist, along with 12 yr old blueprints for most military weapons. {Similar to what we did for Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, and numerous other friendly nations.} President Bush just couldn't wait to get out and demonstrate how nifty this new item was. He gleefully skipped outside into a rainstorm just so he could pose for this picture. As he spoke with reporters, his enthusiasm spilled out almost as fast as the rain water spilled from this $46,000 prototype. Mr Bush spoke of all the poor people who will benefit from being able to catch all that rain water and pour it on the tobacco seeds that we will be providing at no charge, courtesy of Phillip Morris, an old friend & large cash contributor to the Republican party. Phillip Morris will also be providing free farming lessons to these 3rd world countries provided that they agree to make no less the 2/5ths of their crops tobacco. the other 3/5'ths will be divided between corn, wheat & a tobacco hybred that looks like an apple, but is as addictive as a cigarette.

Upon hearing of their dads presentation of this new technology, Jenna Bush said , " Wow, thats what happened to all our umbrellas", to which Barbara replied " I'm damn glad I took after moms side of the family". Laura Bush couldn't be reached for comment.
