Puppet Master Cheney
As you can see, Mr Cheney really does have control of the situation :} Dick has been training as a puppet master since the early 70's, back when GW was still snorting & smoking, but we'll get into that later.
Being a puppet master requires lots of direction & a ton of support from major corporations.
